Cylindrical Battery Pack Machine
It is primarily used for the fully automated assembly of cylindrical 18/21 series batteries, including equipment for cell loading, BI insertion, casing, bottom welding, necking, TI insertion, grooving, short-circuit testing, X-RAY inspection, electrolyte filling, positive electrode welding, sealing, cleaning, oil coating, film sleeving, coding, and tray loading.

- Production Line Efficiency: Options of 20PPM, 35PPM, 60PPM, 200PPM, 300PPM, and 355PPM are available.
- Quick Model Changeover: Simple tooling and fixture adjustments allow for rapid switching between different models of steel-shell batteries, fully compatible with 18650 and 21700 standard shells and T-shaped shells.
- Two Main Process Routes: Two mainstream process routes are available for selection.
- Optional Full Process Traceability: Single-cell full-process information traceability can be optionally configured.
- Innovative Modular Design for Main Stations: In case of station abnormalities, besides single-station shielding, modular disassembly and replacement are supported, ensuring convenient maintenance.
- Maintenance-Friendly Design: Maintenance space is fully considered, with designated repair stations and oiling points centralized to a unified location for easy access.
